The concept of the ANA Lounge is to offer the
"supreme modern comfort of Japan."
The lounge reflects the taste of "modern Japan," not only in its superior design, but also in the facilities and services designed to make your trip more enjoyable.
Why not enjoy a luxurious time after checking in until boarding your flight?
Star Alliance airlines, including ANA, are concentrated in the South Wing of Terminal 1 at Narita International Airport, which was renovated in June 2006. The "ANA Lounge," with its 3,000 m2 of space, is located in Satellite 4/5. "ANA Lounge" is located on Level 2 and "ANA Lounge First," the lounge for first class passengers, is located on Level 4. While the lounges offer a large number of seats, the aisles and the distance between the seats are now 1.5 times more spacious than before, enabling customers to relax in greater comfort.
The lounge is entirely composed of sedate dark toned colors, giving it the impression of a space for sophisticated adults. It is no wonder that it received the "2006 Good Design Award."
The seats are all designated as non-smoking and there is a separate smoking space equipped with white tables and chairs and a coffee server.
The business booth area has permanently-installed PCs with high-speed Internet connections, while power points for notebook PCs and LAN cable jacks are also available. As a convenience for busy business travelers, a printer is available free of charge just outside the booths. High-speed wireless LAN and cable connections for the Internet are available throughout the entire lounge.
A space to enjoy meals in a relaxed atmosphere is also indispensable for a comfortable lounge. There are two "bars" in the lounge, including the NOODLE BAR, which offers hot soba and udon noodles. Please don't forget to look for the ANA logo kneaded into the kamaboko (surimi) fish cake. Meanwhile, help yourself to various kinds of Japanese sake and shochu spirits, the lineup of which changes every season, in the SAKE BAR.
In addition to these two "bars," there are zones for snacks, liquor and soft drinks, which you can enjoy according to your taste.
Other relaxation facilities include massage chairs, shower rooms and a refreshing salon in addition to a reclining seat in each of the private booths, allowing you to refresh yourself before starting a long journey.
Furthermore, there are services exclusively available to "ANA Lounge First" users, such as the Library, where you can choose from a selection of 100 newly published books updated monthly or borrow electronic books. There is also the reliable Concierge Service, which will take excellent care of your needs and various requests.
