All Nippon Airways will launch a new brand service "Inspiration of Japan" from February 20, 2010 on its state-of-the-art aircraft Boeing B777-300ER starting with the Tokyo Narita/New York route followed by other long-haul America and Europe routes.(Initially on an alternating-day basis) With the company's new motto "Innovative," "Original" and "Modern Japan," ANA promises to provide its valued customers the seamless products and services from the moment of check-in at the airport to the departure lounge to its in-flight services.
[First Class]
New First Class seats with partitions taller than existing ones enhance an environment of privacy and relaxation onboard. The new seats also feature a large sliding table with a polished surface reminiscent of a grand piano and a partition with rich wood grain wallpaper.
The cleverly designed personal compartment provides ample space to store a jacket and other small personal belongings. First Class guests can enjoy a refined a la carte menu with carefully selected ingredients. From a large selection of fine dishes, First Class guests can enjoy Japanese traditional "Kappo" cuisine and Western course menu as well, freely choosing preferred items to suite one's appetite. A newly developed steam oven rice cooker offers the First Class passengers a steaming bowl of rice.
The menu selection is renewed on a monthly basis with new dishes introduced. During the flight, the First Class guests can enjoy on-demand meal service for both Japanese and Western menu choosing "any desired items at any preferred time." Ordering meals and drinks aboard can be easily done from the *personal touch-panel screen. The new customized meal service caters to the personal preferences of the valued guests in every way and how time is spent during the flight.

Also, starting from Autumn in 2010, new services at Narita International Airport exclusively for First Class passengers and ANA Diamond Members will be introduced. The seamless service for departing First Class passengers includes check-in for the flight and baggage and security check at one place, separating from the other passengers which enhances the First Class passenger comfort at Narita International Airport.
[Business Class]
ANA is the first Japanese airline to introduce a staggered seat configuration which secures more personal space for each Business Class passenger adding 50 percent more room.
All new Business Class seats are fully reclining seats allowing Business Class passengers to rest in complete bed-style. Business Class sleeping amenities to support a restful sleep include AquaTitan-processed large duvet, bed pad and sleepwear exclusively developed by Phiten, and other amenity kit including eye mask, ear plugs and aromatherapy items. As in First Class, ANA is the first airline to install heated-water "washlets' or bidet-toilets in Business Class. Onboard ANA's Business Class, it is indeed possible to freely coordinate all activities, resting, dining, entertainment and working. The touch-screen of the personal TV monitor promises meal order at any time during the flight allowing Business Class guests to freely choose time, menu and amount to be served.
ANA Business Class offers a large selection of dining items and drinks, especially, including a menu in collaboration with a culinary expert such as "Kurihara Sanchi-no-Gohan," (special dish served in Kurihara San style) and cuisine "Kun," a stamina menu for a busy working person and specially selected Japanese Sake "Katsuyama," the brewery of the Sendai's Date Clan.
Also on-board a 17-inch LCD touch panel wide-screen, the largest in business class, entertains passengers in Business Class with its high quality programs available on 160 channels including ANA's original selections. With an on-board i-Pod connecter, Business class guests can enjoy the videos, music and pictures they bring onboard. For passengers it is indeed an innovative entertainment service to enjoy.
[Premium Economy & Economy Class]
With an increased seat pitch of 10cm (total approximately 106cm) in Premium Economy Class and an increased seat pitch of 7.5cm (approximately 86cm) in Economy Class, the respective seat comfort is further improved.
The newly introduced "Fixed Back Shell" style seat in both classes allows a passenger to recline without bothering its fellow passenger seated behind. Premier Economy Class passengers enjoy a large adjustable divider which provides more private space. In both classes, the in-seat touch panel monitor, i-Pod connector, PC power port and USB port, which are available for the first time in Economy class in Japan, enable passengers to relax or to work during the flight.
The J-Menu, a new in-flight meal in typical Japanese style, is served with a different menu every month including "Donburi" bowl meals, "Teishoku" set meals, "Bento" lunch boxes and noodles.
In all classes, ANA provides the guests a unique service with specially blended fragrances and with created sounds featuring the "Inspiration of Japan," discreetly captivating their guests' five senses during the flight.
With such high quality services which only a Japanese airline can provide, and with the new product service brand "Inspiration of Japan," ANA endeavors to provide its valued customers a completely pleasant journey in the air.
