Ingredients (for 4 persons)
1 block tofu
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 spring onions
1 tbsp greated fresh ginger
1/4 cup bonito flakes
4 shiso leaves
- Cut the tofu into 4 equal pieces, and place them in individual serving dishes.
- Finely chop the spring onions. Cut the shiso leaves into thin strips.
- Place the shiso leaves, spring onions, bonito flakes and grated ginger on top of the tofu.
- Serve immediately with the soy sauce.
