Ingredients (for 4 persons)
1 bunch fresh spinach
salt
2 tbsp soup stock
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp dried bonito flakes
- Wash the spinach. Add a pinch of salt into boiling water.
- Put the spinach in the boiling water from the stem side, and boil it for a few minutes. Do not overcook the spinach.
- Drain the spinach and soak it in the cold water. Drain the spinach and squeeze it well.
- Mix the stock and soy sauce in a dish.
- Cut the spinach into 1 1/2 inch lengths and serve it on a plate.
- Pour the mixture of the stock and soy sauce, and sprinkle dried bonito flakes over the spinach.
