4 pork loin cutlets
1 tsp salt
black pepper
flour
1 egg
fresh white breadcrumbs

- Make 2-3 short cuts at the line between meat and fat, and beat the pork with a meat pounder to tenderize.
- Sprinkle with the salt and black pepper on both sides, and dust the pork lightly with flour.
- Dip into the whisked egg first and then coat with the breadcrumbs evenly.
- Meanwhile, shred the cabbage and soak in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain.

- Drain the pork well and keep hot. Cut the pork into bite-size pieces and place on a plate.
- Pour tonkatsu sauce over the pork. Arrange the cabbage beside the pork, then serve immediately.
