Ingredients (for 4 persons)
4 medium potatoes
1 large onion
1 carrot
1 cucumber
2 slices ham
4 tsp rice vinegar
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
- Wash the potatoes and boil them in a pan until softened. Peel the skin and mash the potatoes.
- Pour vinegar and salt over the potatoes.
- Cut the onion into thick wedges. Soak them in water and drain well.
- Slice the cucumber and carrot into thin rounds, then cut the carrots in quarters.
- Cut ham into strips.
- Mix potatoes and other vegetables with mayonnaise.
