Potato Salad

Cooking time: 20mins

Ingredients (for 4 persons)
4 medium potatoes
1 large onion
1 carrot
1 cucumber
2 slices ham
4 tsp rice vinegar
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt

 

  1. Wash the potatoes and boil them in a pan until softened.  Peel the skin and mash the potatoes.
  2. Pour vinegar and salt over the potatoes.
  3. Cut the onion into thick wedges.  Soak them in water and drain well.
  4. Slice the cucumber and carrot into thin rounds, then cut the carrots in quarters.
  5. Cut ham into strips.
  6. Mix potatoes and other vegetables with mayonnaise.
