Ingredients (for 4 persons)
1/4 oz (7g) dried wakame seaweed
1/2 block (6oz) tofu
3 1/2 cups soup stock 【See how to make soup stock】
3-4 tbsp miso paste
- Cut the tofu into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Bring the stock to a boil and reduce the heat.
- Place the miso in a bowl and dissolve it into some soup.
- Pour the mixture back into the pan.
- Add the wakame seaweed and tofu.
- Increase the heat and bring the soup to almost a boil, then turn off the heat.
