Sauteed Cod with Vegetables

Cooking time: 40mins

Ingredients (serving 2 people)

2 skinless cod fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 clove garlic,peeled and chopped

A)
2 tbsp boiled water
Chicken bouillon

B)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Lemon juice

C)
8/1 pumpkin, sliced
4/1 egg plant, sliced
8/1 zuccini, sliced
4 mashroom,sliced
1 tbsp olive oil 

1. Heat olive oil in a pan.Lay the fillets,and let the fish cook
   undisturbed until golden, about 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Carefully turn the fish over, and finish cooking it on the other side,
   about 2 to 3 minutes more. 
3. Put garlics on the microwave for 2 mins, and clush and mix it with A).
4. Add B) to 3, and stir well.
5. Saute all the vegetables and season them with chikin bouillon.
6. Place a fillet in a plate with the vegetables. Pour 4 on the top.
