Ingredients (serving 2 people)
200g Tuna
1 Spring onion,cut into 3cm
1 clove Ginger,peeled and chopped
A)
50ml sake
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tsp Suger
B)
1 tbsp Mirin
25g Miso (red miso)
1. Cut salmon into bite-size pieces.
2. Boil 1/2 cup water and A) in a pot and add ginger and tunas.
3. Put the lid on and simmer with high heat.
4. Add B) and simmer for 10 mins.
5. Add spring onion and simmer for 3 mins.
