Salmon Carpaccio

Ingredients (serving 2 people)

200g Salmon (for sashimi use) 
White radish sprouts, sliced
Natural cheese, cut in 1-inch cube
Paprica

Salt and Pepper
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Mayonnaise  
1 tbsp Olive Oil

 

1. Cut salmon into paper-thin slices and sprinkle them with salt.
2. Mix A) in a bowl and place salmons.
    Let them marinate for 30 minutes or more according to your taste.
3. Drain every slice and put in another serving plate.
    Dress the salmon slices with the olive oil, white radish sprouts,
   cheese, and paprika.
