Ingredients (serving 2)
100g pork ,thinly cut
1 spring onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 lettuce
white radish sprouts

2 bowls of steam rice
3 tbsp sake
2 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp suger
1 tbsp tenmenjan
1 pinch salt
black pepper
1. Rinse the lettuce thoroughly and drain well.
Cut them into 2-inch pieces.
2. Mix A all together in a bowl.
3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté spring onions and garlic
until they get tender.
4. Add pork and sauté until brown.
5. Add A) to the pan. Cook the pork over low heat.
6. Put steam rice in a bowl and place the pork, lettuce, and white radish sprouts.
