Pasta with Mashrooms and Peperoncino Sauce

Ingredients ( serving 2 ) 
200g spaghetti
100g mashrooms( shimeji, enoki, maitake )
30g cabbages
2 sliced bacons
1 clove garlic, chopped
peperoncino, chopped
olive oil
nori (Japanese seaweed sheet) thinly cut
salt and pepper

 

1. Bring water to the boil and add salt.
2. Add spaghetti, and cook untill spaghetti is tender to bite but not soft.
3. Heat oil in large saucepan. Add garlic and peperoncino and cook until lightly browned.
4. Add mashrooms, cabbeges, bacons,and stir-fry untill soft.
5. Add cooked spaghetti to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
6. Sprinkle with nori over the top.
