Ingredients ( serving 2 )
2 packs of udon noodle
1/4 carrots eggplants
1/8 Chinese cabbages
2 green peppers
Frozen seafood mix
A)
1 tbsp sake
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt
B)
1 tsp chicken bullion
1 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp oil
100ml water
salt
1. Bring water to the boil, and cook udon noodle for few minutes. Drain well.
2. Cut all the vegetables in bite-size pieces.
3. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan till hot, and stir-fry all the vegetables and seafood mix. Add B.
4. Heat the oil in a different frying pan and add udon noodles and A.
5. Add 3) to the noodles and stir-fry well.
