Fried Rice with Stir-fried Vegetables in Thick Sauce

Ingredients (serving 2)

100g Chinese cabbage
2 asparagus
50g carrots
50g thinly-cut pork meat
50g  squid
2tbsp Japanese soup powder
2tbsp soy sauce
salt
1/2 cup water
1tbsp sake
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp katakuriko ( dissolved )


1. Cut all the vegetables, meat, and squid into bite-size piece.
2. Heat the oil in a sauce pan, and place the vegetables, meat,and squid.
3.  Stir- fry the vegetables, meat, and squid.
4.  Add soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and sake.
5. Add water and Japanese soup powder.
6.  Bring the soup to a boil, then add dissolved katakuriko.
7.  When the soup become thick, put them on the top of fried rice.
