Pork bowl (buta don)

Cooking time: 20mins

Ingredients (for 2people)
6 slices of pork
1/2 spring onion
Mirin 90cc
Sake 90cc
Soy sauce 90cc
Sugar 20g
a piece of crashed garlic
11/2tsp salt
1 1/2tsp pepper

 

  1. Put both Sake and mirin in a saucepan and heat up.
  2. Add some soy sauce, sugar and crashed garlic
    and cook until it caramelized.
  3. Heat the pan and fry slices of porl and sprinkle some
  4. salt and pepper until it changes to golden brown.
  5. Put some rice in a bowl and put the pork on top and
    cover with grazed sauce.
  6. As a garnish, sprinkle some spring onions at the end.
