Ingredients (for 2people)
6 slices of pork
1/2 spring onion
Mirin 90cc
Sake 90cc
Soy sauce 90cc
Sugar 20g
a piece of crashed garlic
11/2tsp salt
1 1/2tsp pepper
- Put both Sake and mirin in a saucepan and heat up.
- Add some soy sauce, sugar and crashed garlic
and cook until it caramelized. - Heat the pan and fry slices of porl and sprinkle some
- salt and pepper until it changes to golden brown.
- Put some rice in a bowl and put the pork on top and
cover with grazed sauce. - As a garnish, sprinkle some spring onions at the end.
