Ingredients (for 4people)
500g Potato
1cup Corn flour
2tbsp Soy sauce
2tbsp Sugar
- Boil potatoes until they get very soften and peel.
- Mush the potatoes.
- Mix mashed potatoes and corn flour.
(mix some spring onions, cheese preferably) - Make a 10cm round ball and fry them in the medium
heat pan until the colour get golden yellow. - Dip in the mixed sugar and soy sauce.
