Potato Cake (imo mochi)

Ingredients (for 4people)

500g Potato
1cup Corn flour
2tbsp Soy sauce
2tbsp Sugar

 

  1. Boil potatoes until they get very soften and peel.
  2. Mush the potatoes.
  3. Mix mashed potatoes and corn flour.
    (mix some spring onions, cheese preferably) 
  4. Make a 10cm round ball and fry them in the medium
    heat pan until the colour get golden yellow.
  5. Dip in the mixed sugar and soy sauce.
  6.
