Ingredients (for 4people)
4 Aubergines
200g Daikon radish
4 Spring onions
Some Vegetable oil
<Sauce>
1 cup Dashi soup
2tbsp Soy sauce
2tbsp Sake
2tbsp Mirin
Some Salt
2tsp Sesame oil
- Take off the Aubergine's calyces, cut it into half
and make a cut on the surface. - Deep fry the Aubergines in a medium heat.
- Grate Daikon radish and drain.
- Cut spring onions into fine pieces.
- Mix all the Sauce ingredients and boil it up.
- Place the Aubergines and put some grated Daikon radish
and spring onions. - Pour some sauce on top.
