Ingredients (for 4people)
400g dried soba noodles

4 tbsp sake
1/3cup soy sauce
1/3cup mirin
30g bonito flakes
dried seaweed
1.Boil the soba noodles in a big saucepan for 4-6mins.
2.Drain in a colander and rinse under cold water.
3.Drain again and cover with a damp cloth until completely cool.
4.To make the dipping sauce, combine the ingredients<A>and
cook until just boiling, then rest it in the fridge.
5.Place the noodles on a large plate and sprinkle the dried seaweed.
6.Dip the noodles and put some wasabi of your choice.
