Ingrediens (for 4 people)
140g mixed leaf salad
200g block of Tuna
1tsp vegetable oil
1/2tsp salt
<Dressing>
6 tbsp Grated white radish (Daikon)
2tsp grated onion
2 spring onios
1&1/2 tbsp lime juice
4tbsp soysauce
2tbsp mirin
- Mix all the dressing ingredients.
- Pat dries tuna with paper-towel for 10mins.
- Fry tuna for 30 seconds on each side in a high heat.
- Put some ice ontop of tuna to cool it down.
- Slice the tuna into 1.5cm.
- Put the sliced tuna on the bed of salad and pour some dressing.
