Ingredients (for 4people)
300g Spaghetti
100g Shiitake mushroom
100g Maitake mushroom
100g Enoki Mushroom
3 Spring onions
2tbsp Butter
2tbsp Soy sauce
1tbsp Pepper
- Take off stem from the shiitake mushrooms.
- Cut the enoki mushroom into half.
- Cut the Spring onions into fine pieces.
- Boil the Spaghetti according to a package.
- Fry mushrooms with butter and add some soy sauce and pepper.
- Mix with spaghetti and spring onions.
- Sprinkle some nori.
