Spaghetti with Soy Sauce tasted Mushrooms: (kinoko pasta)

Cooking time: 25mins

Ingredients (for 4people)
300g Spaghetti
100g Shiitake mushroom
100g Maitake mushroom
100g Enoki Mushroom
3 Spring onions
2tbsp Butter
2tbsp Soy sauce
1tbsp Pepper

 

  1. Take off stem from the shiitake mushrooms.
  2. Cut the enoki mushroom into half.
  3. Cut the Spring onions into fine pieces.
  4. Boil the Spaghetti according to a package.
  5. Fry mushrooms with butter and add some soy sauce and pepper.
  6. Mix with spaghetti and spring onions.
  7. Sprinkle some nori.
