Ingredients (for 4people)
200g Tofu lees (Okara)
2/3 Carrot
3 Spring Onions
2tbsp Sugar
2tbsp Soy Sauce
2tbsp Sake
2tbsp Mirin
1cup Dashi soup
- Cut Carrot and spring onion into thin strips.
- Heat a pan and stir-fry carrot, spring onions and okara.
- Put Sugar, Soy sauce, Sake and soup stock and continue to fry in a medium heat till all the liquid is absorbed.
