Deep-fried Prawn (ebi fry)

Ingredients (for 4people)
12 King Prawns
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
Flour
Egg
Bread Crumble
Vegetable oil

 

  1. Remove the sand vein from prawns.
  2. Skewer prawns.
  3. Put some salt and pepper on the prawns.
  4. Put them in the flour bowl and mix them well.
  5. Remove the prawns and dip them well in the beaten egg.
  6. And mix with bread crumb.
  7. Put vegetable oil in the pan and make it to 170℃.
  8. Remove the prawns form the bread crumb.
  9. Put 3-4prawns at the time to deep-fried until the colour changes to golden yellow.
