Ingredients (for 4 people)
40 Gyouza sheets
200g Minced pork
300g Cabbage
2 Spring onions
1tbsp Garlic
1tbsp Ginger

2tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Sesame oil
- Chop cabbage and spring onion into fine pieces.
- Grate ginger and garlic.
- Mix all the ingredients and <A>.
- Put 3 on the gyouza sheet.
- Spread some floury water around the sheet and wrap.
- Heat a pan and pour some vegetable oil and cook dumplings for 1min.
- Pour some water and put a rid to steam until the water is reduced completely.
