Dumpling (gyouza)

Cooking time: 50mins

Ingredients (for 4 people)

40 Gyouza sheets
200g Minced pork
300g Cabbage
2 Spring onions
1tbsp Garlic
1tbsp Ginger
<A>
2tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Sesame oil

 

  1. Chop cabbage and spring onion into fine pieces.
  2. Grate ginger and garlic.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and <A>.
  4. Put 3 on the gyouza sheet.
  5. Spread some floury water around the sheet and wrap.
  6. Heat a pan and pour some vegetable oil and cook dumplings for 1min.
  7. Pour some water and put a rid to steam until the water is reduced completely.
