Ingredients (for 4people)
320g Kabocha Pumpkin
1cup Soup Stock
2tbsp Sugar
2tbsp Soy sauce
1/5tsp Salt
1. Put the pumpkin in the microwave for 40seconds
and cut it into mouthful sizes.
2. Pour the soup stock, sugar, soy sauce
and salt in a saucepan and add the pumpkin.
3. Cook it in a low heat until the pumpkin gets softer.
