Ingredients (for 4people)
16 Clams
4cup water
1tbsp sake
1/2stick powder seaweed stock
1tsp salt
some soysauce
- Put the clams, water and sake in a saucepan.
- Turn on the heat (high).
- Skim off the scum that rises to the surface of the cooking water.
- When the clams are opened, pour the stock, salt and soysauce to taste.
- Turn off the heat.
