Japanese style cod roe spaghetti (tarako spaghetti)

Cooking time: 15mins

Ingredients (for 4people)
200g spaghetti
3tbsp butter
80g cod roe (tarako)
4slices seaweed sheets
1tbsp spring onion
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper

 

  1. Boil the spaghetti according to the package.
  2. Drain and put it in the bowl.
  3. Mix some  butter, salt, pepper and 40g of cod roe with spagetti.
  4. Serve the spagetti on the plate and put the other 40g of cod roe on top.
  5. Sprinkle some seaweeds and spring onions.
