Ingredients (for 4 people)
100g Curry stock
200g Beef
1&1/2 Onions
1 Carrot
1 Potato
2tbsp vegetable oil
700ml Water
- Cut vegetables and beef into mouthful sizes.
- Pour some vegetable oil and stir-fry in a saucepan.
- Add some water in the saucepan and cook for 20mins in a low to medium heat.
- Remove the scum.
- Turn off the heat and put the curry stock to melt in.
- Turn on the heat again and simmer.
