Curry (kare-)

Cooking time: 30mins

Ingredients (for 4 people)

100g Curry stock
200g Beef
1&1/2 Onions
1 Carrot
1 Potato 
2tbsp vegetable oil
700ml Water

 

  1. Cut vegetables and beef into mouthful sizes.
  2. Pour some vegetable oil and stir-fry in a saucepan.
  3. Add some water in the saucepan and cook for 20mins in a low to medium heat.
  4. Remove the scum.
  5. Turn off the heat and put the curry stock to melt in.
  6. Turn on the heat again and simmer.
