An in-room dining experience, without guests having to leave their rooms, is one of the top-quality signature services that the plan has to offer. The chefs from the hotel's two restaurants, THE DINING and CHINA SHADOW, have created special menus for the plan. This time, the spotlight is on French-fusion restaurant, THE DINING.
A diverse menu of exquisite French-fusion cuisine created by a Japanese chef is served one dish at a time. The carefully-crafted menu allows guests to thoroughly enjoy each freshly-made dish at their own pace, rather than just experience the convenience of in-room dining. The entree features grilled herb-marinated Iberico pork served with sauce a l'antiboise, white string beans, asparagus and olives. A variety of vegetables complement the grilled pork in this hearty dish. Every bite of the tender pork, well-dressed with sauce, fills your mouth with its rich flavor. Any of the wines found in the room will go well with this dish. The visually-satisfying menu also offers a fish entree of herb-steamed red sea bream with fennel and citrus. Dessert is tonka-flavored blanc-manger with apple tea jelly. This exquisite dinner, enjoyed uninterrupted in a private space, is truly the perfect way to treat yourself to a luxurious time.
The availability of the "Club InterContinental Experience" plan we have featured over the course of two installments is limited to five rooms per day. Reservations must be made by 6:00 p.m. the day before your planned stay. A one-minute walk from Konan exit at the JR/Tokai Shinkansen Shinagawa Station, the hotel is conveniently located in a business district to meet your every business need.
The event space, THE COLOSSUS, furnished with sofas and bookshelves, creates a homey, family room-like atmosphere. Be it a cocktail party or a business conference, this relaxing space will let conversation flow for any occasion.
It has a maximum capacity of approximately 100 people and the 219 m2 space can be divided into two smaller rooms. The view of Tokyo Tower from the window also provides a dramatic backdrop for evening parties.
The CHINA SHADOW restaurant also offers four private rooms overlooking Tokyo, making it a perfect venue for smaller groups and business meetings.
